Study Confirms Viking Refrigerator Keeps Beer “Premium Cold”
After a comprehensive study scientists confirm that refrigerators from Viking do indeed keep beer at a temperature that they can only categorize as “premium cold”. Lead researcher Derek Masserbaum said “Our test results show that when kept in the Viking refrigerator, the beer we drank was definitely premium cold.” He then added “Even though thermometers consistently show the Viking-cooled beer to be at the same 35 degrees as beer from our more pedestrian refrigerators, it was clearly a premium 35 degrees.”
Masserbaum said his team struggled with what to call the difference in cold, initially choosing “artisanal cold” before settling on premium cold. He concluded the Viking refrigerator to be worth the additional thousands of dollars, if nothing more than to experience premium cold.
I only drink premium cold beer! The rest is like…just cold.
Is there any other way to live? 🙂
And it dispenses premium tap water to go with it, of course.
duh…..
Awww, what if I like my beer “artisanal cold”??
Well then you better shell out the $8k for a viking. Get back to work.
A true Viking just places their beer in the snow right outside the nearest door. Except I think 3 days in mid-July. For those 3 days, you really need that super-duper stainless steel box with the ice maker and water on the front.
You always have the best comments. This is just great. Except vikings drank grog I think. But yes, for three days every year, the grog could spoil.
I do like my beer premium cold! Better get that Viking 😉
Yeah, and better get that credit card out, they ain’t cheap!
Does this apply to gluten-free beer as well?
If it’s “artisanal gluten-free”, then yes. It does.
Hilarious. I keep my beer in the cupboard and put it in the freezer whenever I plan to drink it. Not very efficient, but good enough for me. Our fridge is small.
Glad you liked it Joe. You’re waaaay to smart to buy an $8000 refrigerator!
Hah! I keep my beer at a hipster 34 degrees in the keezer 😉
#winning!
