I can relate. I replaced your “My Own Business” title for “Me Time/Volunteer Time” and the happiness meter is off the charts! 🙂

  2. w-2 work doesn’t make a person happy? well done getting that business rolling. you’re really pimpin’ it!

I’ve never been accused of pimpin before.. not quite sure what to feel at the moment…

I hear you Dave … those W2 jobs always *start out* awesome. Then you begin to learn how “not awesome” they really are after a few months or years. Maybe your boss is a jerk or one of your co-workers is. Then you find out how inflexible they are about taking time-off… and so on!

Eventually even jobs you love can turn into a drag. Been there done that!

Yep, that’s why working for myself is so blissful. I’m really super-flexible in allowing myself time off 🙂

Like this graph. If you’re currently in a W-2 or self-employed, need to make some time for exercise!
